Solution
Solving the Three-Tangent Arc problem described in Chapter I Section C uses two successive curves of the same radius in the same direction. The distance between the PIs is the sum of each curve's tangent distance.
This situation is nearly identical except the two curves are in opposite diretions. The distance between PIs is still the sum of the curves' tangent distances.
(1) Compute the Δ angles.
(2) Compute the radius
